Liz Kimeria On Network Marketing
The biggest obstacle most people have when they join a network marketing company is that they have trouble believing that they can make a difference in their lives with networking marketing. Most newbies entering the business are not sure how this can possibly work. Or they cannot picture a time far enough in the future to have long-lasting success.
Therefore let’s discuss how to overcome the obstacles we create in our mind of will this work and take the right steps to make it happen.
First, you need to believe in yourself. The successful earners in your field do so, because they believe time and time again that they will achieve something higher than themselves with their business. You need to start training your mind for the possible.
Second, create a plan. Whenever you are looking to do something important you always need a plan. This time make sure that you write your plan down, so you have clear steps to make this plan happen. Action without a plan is just a distraction to your long -term success.
Third, have the right team around you. Your ability to earn is not only determined by your effort, but also by the people you hang around. Having the right team around you to help you build your business is critical in achieving your long term goals. The key to this team is your mentor. A person who has been through it all and helped you achieve your goal.
Fourth, you have to work for it. Success will not just arrive on a magical carpet. Instead, it will come on the back of the work you put into your business. Culling different contacts, studying the best sales methods, and bringing together a diverse team into a cohesive whole are not optional. They are a necessary step towards your success.
So, will it work for you? There is no way that we can tell you yes or no, because the truth is that your success in network marketing is predicated on the idea that you do what you need to accomplish for success to follow.

Yes this is so simple yet so profound. It really is about how much you are willing to work and how consistent you are. It is hard to have belief before you have results, but unfortunately that is how it works. So I always tell my “newbies” lean on my belief until you have some of your own!

There are a lot of new marketers joining companies everyday. The problem is that they don’t know where to start. I agree that they need a plan but I also believe that a true attraction marketer will take in those new network marketers and help them actually develop one. I know the ‘plan’ that my sponsor gave me was one that involved giving him the the rest of the upline 3K every month for leads. What kinds of a plan is that? We have a responsibility to our industry and the people we introduce to it to take care of them, teach them, and mentor them to ensure they have everything they need to succeed. The rest, the work, is in their hands but if they know you have their interests at heart they will work that much harder.

I am a proof of your work, I can say that last week was my official launching of my blog, and oh yes!! You were so right in our coaching sessions! Applying what you taught me during my coaching with you, I have attracted people now that are interested in whatever I am doing.. The first thing we should consider when starting is “believing in ourselves”, Network Marketing really works when you work.
Another inspiring article Liz. You know what you say is so true – and I think many companies hurt themselves for than help when they tell stories of only the top producers because that seems like such a HUGE stretch for most people. Especially in the beginning. I think it would be much more effective to compile stories of regular people who have made a difference in their lives with the business. I know one of my former Reprs earning enough for the downpayment for a new home. Another worked the business with her husband and they saved a bundle for their retirement.

Belief in self is so important Liz and as a Transformational business coach I often advise my clients that the 1st step toward achieving goals and success in business is Mindset — yes belief in self and all you can achieve.
